Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture “Fingals Cave” conjures the mystic beauty of the Isle of Staffa, while his cherished Symphony No. 4 affectionately known as the “Italian” celebrates the country’s natural beauty. Frequent SFSO guest artist Tao Lin joins for Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4.
